"Install button does nothing"
The install link only works in Safari browser.
- 1Copy the website URL
- 2Open Safari on your iOS device
- 3Paste the URL and navigate to the install section
- 4Tap the Install button again

"Untrusted Developer"
You need to manually trust the developer certificate.
- 1Go to Settings β General β VPN & Device Management
- 2Find the developer certificate (enterprise profile)
- 3Tap on it and select "Trust"
- 4Return to the home screen and open MultiSpace

"Developer Mode not enabled"
Developer Mode must be enabled on iOS 16+ devices.
- 1Go to Settings β Privacy & Security
- 2Scroll down and find Developer Mode
- 3Toggle it ON
- 4Your device will prompt you to restart β confirm and restart
- 5After restart, confirm enabling Developer Mode

"App expires or cannot open"
The enterprise certificate may have expired. Contact support for a fresh install link.
- 1Delete the expired app from your device
- 2Contact our support team via live chat below
- 3We will provide a new install link
- 4Reinstall following the installation guide β your data is safe
